An inspection is required by most lenders! Buying a home is one of the most important purchases you will make in your lifetime, and an inspection is the only way to be sure that the home you want to buy is in good condition. During a home inspection, a certified inspector takes an in-depth and impartial look at the property you plan to buy and evaluates it's physical condition, identifies items that should be repaired or replaces before you purchase, and estimates the remaining useful life of the major systems such as electrical, plumbing, heating & air conditioning, & roof systems. You may be and are encouraged to be present during the inspection. |

Buyers will pass up properties if they even suspect any costly problems! A complete pre-sales inspection will determine problems that you can fix immediately, or prove that there are no problems. We offer re-inspection of each item needing repair and a revised report to show potential buyers proof of completed work. Give potential buyers the peace of mind needed to see the real and problem free potential in your property. Also, you can market your property as having partial closing costs already paid by the seller since the buyer won't need to purchase a home inspection. You may be, and are encouraged to be, present during the inspection. |
